Welcome to AntiGhosted. These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application and backend services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country. You can sign up with email and password or use passwordless OTP login. Passwordless accounts have limited access until a password is set. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure.
We offer paid subscription plans, which may include a free trial for eligible users. Pricing, features, quotas, and trial terms are shown in the app and form part of these terms; they may change with notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. If no paid plan is selected when required, your account access may be paused or limited.
Usage limits, credits, top-ups, refunds, and expiration rules are described in the app and form part of these terms. Credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date, and you may cancel anytime through the app. We may suspend or limit accounts that abuse trials, credits, or promotional offers.
AntiGhosted is a scenario-based AI message assistant. You choose a communication scenario, provide context, and select a tone or emotional state. The app returns suggested messages you can review and edit before sending. There is no general free-chat mode.
Suggestions are generated by AI and are a starting point only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or response. You are solely responsible for the messages you send and the relationships or decisions you make based on the service.
AI-generated suggestions are produced by third-party providers such as Google Gemini. Their processing of your data is governed by their own terms, as described in our Privacy Policy. By providing content, you grant AntiGhosted a limited license to use it solely to generate suggestions and operate the service.
You may not use AntiGhosted to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or generate illegal, hateful, fraudulent, sexually explicit, or harmful content. You may not abuse free trials, credits, or promotional programs, or attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis, such as performing our contract with you, protecting the service and users (legitimate interests), or your explicit consent where required. The personal data we process is limited to what is necessary to provide the service and is described in our Privacy Policy.
Depending on your location, you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can exercise these rights through the app or by contacting support.
We use trusted providers to help operate the service (for example, AI generation and payment processing) and have Data Processing Agreements in place with each subprocessor. We only share the minimum data necessary and apply appropriate safeguards for any cross-border transfers.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use industry-standard security measures and will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority of any personal data breach in accordance with applicable law.
All branding, code, designs, and other materials belong to AntiGhosted. Generated suggestions are provided for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, or reverse engineer the service or its outputs.
AntiGhosted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any suggestion will achieve a desired outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from messages you send, relationships affected, or decisions you make based on the service.
We may update these terms, pricing, or features at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes means acceptance. If you have questions, contact us at support@antighosted.com.
You may terminate your account at any time through the app or by contacting support. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
